Love production s.r.o., with its registered office at Metylovice 595, 739 49 Metylovice, Company ID No.: 02763052, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 58572 (hereinafter also „We“), as the personal data controller, hereby informs you — if you have purchased a ticket for the Events through the TICKETSTREAM sales network, as a user of the websites www.ticketstream.cz, www.stoun.cz, www.b4l.cz, („the websites“) — about the collection of personal data and the privacy policy described below. This policy supplements the Terms and Conditions and the Complaints Procedure of Love production s.r.o.

Below you will find in particular:

  1. Which of your personal data we will process;
  2. For what purposes and in what manner we will process your personal data;
  3. To whom your personal data may be disclosed;
  4. For how long we will process your personal data; and
  5. What rights you have in relation to the protection of your personal data.

1. SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

1.1 Contact: When you contact us through the websites, you may be asked to fill in or provide certain data about yourself. Such data may include in particular:

  1. your name and surname,
  2. business name,
  3. address or registered office of the company,
  4. company identification number and tax identification number,
  5. telephone number,
  6. e-mail address

We use the data you provide to contact you back and to give you the information you have requested from us.

Providing personal data for the purpose of replying to the questions you raise or to the information you request is our contractual requirement, and failure to provide it may result in your questions not being answered.

1.2 The legal basis for processing this personal data is the performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in being able to offer you only those tickets that may genuinely interest you. If you purchase tickets for an Event from us, we may in addition use your name, surname and e-mail address to send you commercial communications, i.e. to inform you about tickets, goods or services that we offer and that, in our opinion, may interest you based on the category of tickets you have purchased from us.

1.3 The legal basis for processing this personal data is our legitimate interest in being able to offer you only those tickets that may genuinely interest you. Marketing consent: If you give us your consent on the websites, we will also process the personal data you provide, including your purchase history, for the following purposes:

  1. carrying out marketing analyses and statistics, including profiling;
  2. sending commercial communications concerning the goods and services of the controller and the goods and services of its partners to your e-mail address, taking into account your purchases and preferences, or otherwise tailored in order to select the goods and services that best match your needs;
  3. use of the personal data transferred to us by the social network Facebook, if you log in through this social network, to the extent of your settings, for the purposes stated above.

Giving this consent is voluntary and no legal regulation requires you to provide it. You may withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data prior to its withdrawal.

1.4 Cookies

Cookies are small files in your browser that serve to store and receive identifiers and other information about the computers, telephones and other devices from which you access the Websites, and thus help us provide, protect and improve the services offered.

The use of cookies allows us to offer you the services and products that best match your needs and interests. We may use cookies that allow us to determine that you specifically have visited a given page.

Cookies make it possible to record information about your visit to the Websites, and thanks to their use your next visit will be easier and faster (cookies help, for example, to reduce page loading times).

Love production s.r.o. uses cookies when you visit the Websites, most often to customise content, for anonymous traffic statistics, to select relevant advertising and to facilitate more secure login.

We use two types of cookies on the Websites:

  • Session cookies: These cookies are temporary. They are stored in your browser’s cookie file only until you close the browser. These cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the Websites or associated applications.
  • Persistent cookies: We may use these cookies to make your orientation on the Websites easier and more convenient (for example, simpler and faster navigation). These cookies remain in your browser’s cookie file for a longer period. The length of that period depends on the settings chosen in your internet browser. Persistent cookies allow information to be transferred to the internet server on each visit to the Websites.

You can refuse cookies in your internet browser settings, or set the use of only some of them. However, if you do not allow Love production s.r.o. to use cookies, some functions may not work as they should.

The privacy settings on your computer, where the use of cookies can be refused or disabled, can be found in the menu of the relevant internet browser.

1.5 Other analytical tools

In order to analyse traffic on the websites we use the Google Analytics service, which makes it possible to measure the number of visits, their types, the time spent on the websites and the search terms used.

All personal data is processed in a lawful and transparent manner, and only adequate, relevant and necessary data in relation to the purpose of the processing is required.

2. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will process your personal data as the controller. We may transfer your personal data to our subcontractors for the purposes stated above, so that they carry out the processing for us. Personal data may be transferred to:

  1. an external law firm;
  2. processors who provide us with server, web, cloud or IT services, or who are our business partners;

3. PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

3.1 We will process your personal data for the period during which we provide our services to you, or for the period necessary to fulfil archiving obligations under applicable legal regulations, such as the Accounting Act, the Act on Archiving and Records Management, or tax legislation.

3.2 We further process your personal data on the grounds of our legitimate interests, namely the protection of our claims and the sending of ticket offers, for the necessary period, but for no longer than 4 years.

3.3 Personal data that we process on the basis of your consent will be processed until you withdraw your consent. To withdraw consent it is sufficient to send an e-mail with the relevant request to info@b4l.cz.

3.4 You may refuse the processing of your e-mail address for the purpose of sending commercial communications at any time, and this will have no effect on our other mutual relations. It is sufficient to refuse further communications by clicking the link contained in the commercial communication sent to you, or you may send us an e-mail with the relevant request to info@b4l.cz.

4. YOUR RIGHTS ARISING FROM THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In relation to the processing of your personal data carried out by us, you have the following rights:

  1. the right of access to personal data;
  2. the right to rectification;
  3. the right to erasure („the right to be forgotten“);
  4. the right to restriction of processing;
  5. the right to data portability;
  6. the right to object to processing; and
  7. the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of personal data.

Your rights are explained below so that you can form a clearer idea of what they entail.

You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

4.1 The right of access means that you may at any time ask us to confirm whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and if it is, then for what purposes, to what extent, to whom it is disclosed, for how long we will process it, whether you have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or to object, from where we obtained the personal data, and whether automated decision-making, including any profiling, takes place on the basis of the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data; the first copy is provided free of charge, and for further copies we may require reasonable reimbursement of administrative costs.

4.2 The right to rectification means that you may at any time ask us to correct or complete your personal data if it were inaccurate or incomplete.

4.3 The right to erasure means that we must erase your personal data if (i) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or (iv) erasure is required of us by a legal regulation.

4.4 The right to restriction of processing means that, until we resolve any disputed matters concerning the processing of your personal data, we must restrict the processing of your personal data such that we may only store it and, where applicable, use it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

4.5 The right to data portability means your right to obtain the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit that data to another controller without us hindering it, in cases where the processing of your data is based on the consent you have given us, or on the performance of a contract, and where the processing is carried out by automated means.

4.6 The right to object means that you may object to the processing of your personal data that we process for direct marketing purposes or on the grounds of legitimate interest. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for those purposes.
