Festival rules
The organizer of BEATS FOR LOVE festival reserves the right to change the program, venue or date of the festival due to force majeure or official ban. In these cases the organizers don’t return the money from sold tickets. The minimum age to enter the festival is 15 years. Visitors between the ages of 15 and 18, can only be accompanied by a legal representative or a responsible person over 18 years old. Entry for visitors aged 18+ is unrestricted. Entry to the festival is conditional upon purchase of a ticket and then wearing an intact identification band.
At the BEATS FOR LOVE festival participants are forbidden to
- Bringing glass containers including bottles, cans, film cameras, weapons (fire, gas, stab and cutting weapons, knives), dangerous objects, pyrotechnic objects, explosive and inflammable substances.
- Bringing your own foods and drinks of any quantity and kind.
- Bringing and using toxic, narcotic, addictive and psychotropic substances prohibited by Czech legislation.
- Entering the festival with dogs and other animals except for assistance dogs of visually impaired people.
- Distributing or placing any promotional or advertising materiál on the premises or conduct other marketing activities without the organizer’s permission.
- Photographing and making audio and video recordings with professional and semi-professional technique during the festival.
More detailed information:- Shooting with professional cameras is only allowed to those photographers who have been pre-accredited. Visitors can only bring non-professional automatic cameras – compact cameras that can not be used with an external flash. The basic distinguishing feature is the size of the lens – compact X reflex camera with a large protruding lens.
- Climbing or climbing over buildings and facilities in the event area, especially facades, fences, walls, barriers, lightning equipment, camera stands, columns of any kind, roofs and other structures.
- Throwing away objects or liquids to the production area or to visitors of the festival.
- Putting glass or other object freely down so that it might jeopardize safety of others.
- Enter the festival area in cars, motorcycles, bicycles, roller skates, skates, scooters, with animals etc.
- Bringing in suitcases, big bags and backpacks, umbrellas.
At the BEATS FOR LOVE festival visitors are required to:
- Follow the BEATS FOR LOVE festival regulations, follow the instructions of the festival organizer or its authorized people, as well as the police, firemen, rescue services and comply with the legislation of the Czech Republic.
- When entering the festival area, the security check is necessary, which is carried out by the security service, with the use of technical equipment. The security check also covers baggage and allows inspection of each item. When a security check is refused, the visitor will not be allowed to enter the festival area and there will not be any refund.
- Prove your identity when entering the festival area by an identification bracelet (hereinafter referred to as IB) obtained when purchasing the ticket.
- Wear IB properly fixed and undemaged on the wristfor the duration of the stay in the festival area and submit it for the review to the organizer of the festival or security service. If a visitor does not own an IB, he will need to buy one or leave the festival area immediately. By an additional modifications the IB becomes invalid. IB is a valuable, its falsification and altering is forbidden and is considered as a criminal offence.
- Tickets, bands / bracelets can not be returned. Entrance fee is not refunded even if the festival is canceled or interrupted due to force majeure (natural disaser, official decision, …)
- Maintaining cleanliness and order, avoiding any action that jeopardizes health and the property of visitors and performers, adhere to the general principles of good behavior.
- Throw all the garbage exclusively in containers designed for this purpose.
- Report to the organizer a found defect that can cause damage to the human health or property.
- In case of an accident or other extraordinary event in the festival area, notify the organizer of the festival immediately through an authorized person.
- Move only in areas designated for festival visitors for example by fencing, outlined barriers, etc. Any breach or disrespecting of the designated area is considered as a gross violation of the festival regulations.
- Respect command and information boards located in the festival area.
- In case of the announcement of the evacuation of the festival follow the instructions of the authorized people responsible for the evacuation.
- To observe the visitors conditions at the festival, to follow the instructions of the organizer or people authorized by them and to comply with Czech legislation.
The visitor of the BEATS FOR LOVE festival
- Participate in the festival exclusively under his/her own responsibility
- Must behave with respect to other visitors, not to cause injury or property damage to himself/herself or to others.
- Notes that without the IB or when violating other conditions of participation at the festival, he loses the right to enter the festival area.
- The visitor is responsible for any damage he / she may cause to the devicesin the festival area or to the property of other visitors (compensation for damages will be enforced eccording to a Czech legislation).
- Agrees to capture photographs, audio and video records for artistic, news, advertising and promotional purposes without the right to be rewarded.
- Will be handed over to the police of the Czech Republic in case of serious suspicion of committing a crime according to the valid Czech legislation.
- If he / she sees that someone needs a treatment or help, do not hesitate to contact the health service or the organizers of the festival.
- Legal representatives or people supervising the underaged are responsible for them at the festival.
The organizer of the BEATS FOR LOVE festival is entitled to
- To guide visitors out with the help of a security service due to breaking the BEATS FOR LOVE regulations or if the security service or festival organizers find the behavior of the visitor inappropriate.
- To give instructions to the visitors of the festival absolutely necessary for a smooth running of the festival, health and property protection.
- To perform security checks on people and their luggage when entering the festival area.
- For intentional damage or contamination of the devices and equipment of the festival area or damage caused by failure to respect the Festival Regulations the organizer will demand compensation from the visitor.
- To perform inspections in the field of fire protection.
- To change the program of the festival in the case of unexpected events (weather conditions, health of performers, accidents, etc.) including an early end of the festival.
- To change the Terms of Attendance at the festival if necessary.
- The festival organizer is not liable for damage to property (including theft of things not taken by the organizer into custody in the designated premises) or the health of the festival visitors unless such damage is caused by a breaking the law by the organizer and directly related to the violation.
- In addition to the festival organizer also a security service is authorized to supervise the observance and respect the Festival Regulations of the BEATS FOR LOVE festival.
- The Festival Regulations of the BEATS FOR LOVE festival is posted at the front entrance and also at selected venues.
- To provide first aid for accidents and sicknesses, the site of the first aid is visibly marked in the area of the festival.
Notice for the BEATS FOR LOVE visitors
- Some people may experience seizures when exposed to certain visual effects, such as flashing lights or patterns, laser shows that occur at this music festival. Even those who have not experienced seizures or epilepsy in the past may suffer from an undiagnosed condition that can cause these photosensitive epileptic seizures when watching various light effects.
These seizures may have various symptoms, e.g. dizziness, change of vision, ticks in the eyes or face, twitching or trembling of arms or legs, disorientation, confusion of momentary loss of attention. These seizures may also cause loss of consciousness or convulsions, which can lead to injury due to falling or impacting surrounding objects.
